It's MONDAY!

What was up with Blogger?!?!? I had a terrible time this morning trying to post and trying to read other blogs. Apparently, it is all fixed now. Blogaholic, anyone ?!?!?

This picture was taken from my porch this morning. I was sitting on my couch with my coffee and just happened to glance out of the window at the right moment. They were descending rather quickly so I would have missed it if I'd looked over another couple of minutes later. I want to go on a balloon ride!

I loved all the comments on my last post! It is so much fun when y'all step out and tell me stuff about yourselves! I've always wanted this blog to be more interactive and to get to know the people reading it! So tell me...

#1 Are you a bLoGaHoLiC ???

#2 What mundane tasks are you avoiding by reading this blog right now?

Seeing as I almost broke out in a rash this morning when I couldn't get on... I would say I am in the blogaholic category.

Since blogger was down... I actually got a lot of mundane tasks out of the way for the day already. However, I do always have more! I need to get caught up on laundry and ironing today. How bout y'all?

Blogaholic? GUILTY as charged! YES, I spend TOO much time on blogging.

PROOF: It is 11 AM and I have not dressed for the day. Now THAT is sick! (I'm retired early, so I can do this...)

I have had my computer not operable and it DOES make you break out and start itching ... it is incurable! I know that you can get better though when the computer/blogger starts working again. WHEW!!

Does it count that I am in my nightgown at 11am? The washer is running, 2 loads done and still going. Inbetween reading and posting comments. I am working a PM shift tonight so does that get me off the hook? No? didn't think so. But I don't watch TV anymore.

Blogaholic? Yes, to a point. I have a list of five or six that I perpetually visit as well as my favorite message board.

I'm an Internetalolic generally. I can surf for hours. It starts innocently enough, when I come across a word in a transcript that I need to confirm. I open the browser and there's my message board an a new thread. I'm farting around twenty minutes or more before closing the browser, seeing my transcript -- uh-oh! -- and I have to go back and find that term already.

Mundane tasks? Transcript editing (not mundane because it's necessary if I want to get paid), dish washing, laundry, de-cluttering...

And, yes, I was twitching until Blogger was back up.

Hi, my name is Sue, and I'm a blogaholic...

I nearly had a fit this weekend because I was unable to type due to an injury. Now I've tossed the wrist brace, and I feel SO much better!!

Great picture of the balloon. Your timing was perfect.

I'm so glad to hear that I am not the only one who dreams about my teeth falling out. I blogged about in back on April 9th and I think people thought I was nuts...not to say that I'm not...

Yes, I am. I tried to comment on your last blog post but I couldn't get your blog to load. I really must go do my office paperwork. :D

1. Yes!!!

2. The fitted sheet is only 1/3 of the way on my mattress, the library website is up waiting for me to renew my items, and the "oh so helpful but equally annoying" signal is going off on my cellphone telling me to recharge it but I'm totally ignoring it...or at least trying.

So yes, I accurately answered number 1. Though I do have to say, that like Karen, I RARELY watch tv anymore.

Hi CB,

No, not a blogaholic, but I enjoy it.

I'm not really avoiding anything right now. Just relaxing and listening to the radio.

Hugs,
Deb

I am definitely a BLOGAHOLIC!!! If I can't get onto blogger I throw a hissy fit! If my computer is not working... I have another one just in case! If my house can't get the 'net for some reason, I drive into town to use an internet cafe'.... the only time I have missed posting a day's entry I was in hospital... and my husband was fielding phone calls from concerned bloggers all over the country cos I hadn't updated that morning!!! I now give everyone lots of warning if I know I am not going to be posting on any given day! It is rather funny.

Since we are all friends here. . .

Hello. My name is Trisha and I am a blogoholic.

I tried to deny it for a while but my husband held my feet to the fire and now I have admitted my addiction. That is the first step, right?

Of course, I don't WANT to be cured of this addiction!

I put off all manner of cleaning by reading blogs. I do wait to do my blog stuff until AFTER I finish my morning walk though. I am also usually talking to my mom on IM while blogging.

Am I a blogaholic? Why? What makes you think I am? Did someone say something? There. I am a paranoid blogolic. The task I am avoiding is getting started on homework.

Yuppers, I'm a guilty blogaholic, and I am avoiding cleaning my kitchen cabinets and cooking a meatloaf for dinner before it gets to 100 degrees outside, which will happen in the next few hours, and my meatloaf takes an hour to cook... Hmm, better get butt off chair.
Nope still here typing, lol:))
There are several blogs I ccheck daily, yours included, and some I check every few days.
Its funny to be telling my husband, Oh! Kelly said this, Michelle did that. He's getting used to it , but can't always remember who belongs to which blog, hahaha.
have a great day Kelly!

Yes, I'm a blogoholic. Thankfully, Blogger isn't (yet) one of the banned sites at work!

Speaking of, I'm putting off some rather nasty problems to solve. Blogging is waaaayyyy more fun!

I'm supposed to be teaching school, putting away the rest of the groceries, putting away the laundry.

I snap at the kids when they interrupt me when I'm reading blogs - I think I qualify as a blogaholic.

YES. I'm part of a 3-way blog (http://meandyouandellie.blogspot.com/) and it was my turn to post on Monday morning and I had one hour in which to do so, and it was a huge waste of time, with Blogger going up and down and up and down. Argh! I'm actually glad to hear I wasn't the only one -- this is the first I've heard of someone else having trouble...

From what I am reading there are a lot of Blogaholics to keep me company. My son and his fiance are coming over in an hour, I am supposed to be cleaning house and yes, even have yet to get dressed, but here I am blogging. Does that mean I am a Blogaholic. You betcha but there are worse things in life - I could be doing housework! So many blogs, not enough hours in the day - ha! Great picture and your blog is fun to read. Thanks.
